Man accused of killing sibling arraigned

BANNING (CNS) - A 36-year-old man accused of fatally beating his older brother during a dispute near Hemet pleaded not guilty on Tuesday to a murder charge. Timothy Anthony Condoluci of Hemet allegedly killed 41-year-old Michael W. Condoluci, also of Hemet, on the night of July 10. The defendant was arraigned before Riverside County Superior Court Judge Becky Dugan, who scheduled a felony settlement conference for Nov. 8 at the Banning Justice Center. According to sheriff's Sgt. Rick Espinoza, the victim was attacked shortly before 10 p.m. at a residence in the 26000 block of Green Avenue, just south of Highway 74, in a community just east of Hemet known as Green Acres.
