MENIFEE – The Riverside County Library System announced that it will be moving forward to build a new library in Menifee, at 28798 La Piedra Road. The 20,000-square-foot library will feature a community room, study rooms and spaces for children, adults and teens. A winter 2020 groundbreaking is estimated by the RCLS.“This highly anticipated project will bring a much needed amenity for residents on the east side of the city,” District 3 Councilmember Lesa Sobek said. “With the Sun City Library serving more than 227,000 patrons per year, it is one of the busiest libraries in the county.
