A sea of pink-clad cancer survivors, caregivers and cancer warriors took the streets of Murrieta Sunday, Oct. 13, for the Susan G. Komen Inland Empire More Than Pink walk to raise money for breast cancer treatment, research and advocacy for those battling the disease.The More Than Pink walk, held at Town Square Park in Murrieta was the next evolution of Komen’s Race for the Cure, according to event organizers who said that 75% of the net proceeds stay in Riverside and San Bernardino counties to fund local programs to support “mothers, sisters, neighbors and friends as they battle breast cancer right here in our community.”The additional 25% funds ground breaking research, acco
