LAKE ELSINORE — A pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene after being hit by a vehicle just before 9 p.m. Saturday.
Cal Fire Riverside County reported that the incident took place at Riverside Drive and Joy Street in Lake Elsinore and that the Riverside County Sheriff's Department was investigating.
