TEMECULA – Daughters of Union Veterans of the Civil War, Mary Jane Safford Tent No. 92 celebrated their 10th anniversary Thursday, Oct. 10, at the Ronald H. Roberts Temecula Public Library in Temecula. Special guest speaker was Robert Broski as President Abraham Lincoln who gave a fantastic performance. The group gave a special salute to Dianne Broski who played Mrs. Mary Todd Lincoln. Charter members who helped institutionalize the chapter, were honored with a “Mr. Lincoln Rose,” which is the national flower of the organization, presented by none other than Lincoln. DUVCW Tent 92 is a nonprofit organization chapter that meets quarterly on the second Thursday of January, April, July and October at 11 a.m. Their mission is to preserve history, remember and honor Civil War ve
