TEMECULA – Daughters of Union Veterans of the Civil War, Mary Jane Safford Tent No. 92 celebrated their 10th anniversary Thursday, Oct. 10, at the Ronald H. Roberts Temecula Public Library in Temecula. Special guest speaker was Robert Broski as President Abraham Lincoln who gave a fantastic performance. The group gave a special salute to Dianne Broski who played Mrs. Mary Todd Lincoln. Charter members who helped institutionalize the chapter, were honored with a “Mr. Lincoln Rose,” which is the national flower of the organization, presented by none other than Lincoln.
