RIVERSIDE (CNS) - Two men were shot, one fatally, during an attack on the east end of Riverside, authorities said Friday.The shooting happened shortly after 10 p.m. Thursday in the area of 14th Street and Park Avenue, according to Riverside police spokesman Officer Ryan Railsback.Railsback said patrol officers were called to the location to investigate reports of gunfire and found the victims, whose identities were not disclosed, in a vehicle, suffering from life-threatening wounds.The men were taken to Riverside Community Hospital, where one died a short time later, he said.The other victim remains hospitalized and is expected to survive.No suspects were immediately identified.Anyone with information was asked to contact the Robbery-Homicide Unit at 951-353-7135.
