Hilton Garden Inn Temecula project breaks ground

In roughly 20 months from now, Temecula will have another piece of its emerging uptown district when Hilton Garden Inn is scheduled to be complete. Developers, contractors, family members and city staff gathered Thursday, Oct. 24, at the site – located on Jefferson Avenue, adjacent to Rosa’s Cafe and Tortilla Factory and in front of Springhill Suites – for a groundbreaking. Robert F. Tuttle Architects Inc. designed the structure that will feature three floors and 104 rooms over approximately 66,991 square feet.Wellprofit International Inc. hired Medearis Construction to build the project that will have street level and underground parking, a pool and spa, and outdoor-indoor dining with a bar. Wellprofit President Tony Lee was excited about the project, which he sai
