Mayor, staff bring Murrieta perspectives to state league

MURRIETA – At the League of California Cities’s annual conference, Mayor Kelly Seyarto was elected as the statewide president of the mayors and council members department and continued his work as a member of the league’s policy committee and an at-large member of the Riverside County division executive committee. City staff also took on key positions in the organization, with Murrieta City Manager Kim Summers stepping into a new role as at-large board member in the League of California Cities city manager department, representing Southern California cities over 100,000.
