MURRIETA – The city of Murrieta will host a groundbreaking for Phase 3 of Town Square Park Wednesday, Nov. 6, at 9:30 a.m. at the site. Mayor Kelly Seyarto will provide an overview of the improvements, which include an outdoor amphitheater, tiered-style seating that integrates with the landscape, improved lighting, Wi-Fi and security cameras.
