Staff Writer An air of excitement filled attendees at the grand opening of the new Menifee City Hall Tuesday, Oct. 29, as the city mayor, council and staff cut the ribbon to officially open the new public offices. The move from the temporary city hall just around the corner was long anticipated by the staff which now enjoys the most up-to-date equipment, furnishings and other amenities designed to improve the public’s visits. Business and private industry representatives will find a more efficient process to gain building permits, development plan approvals and requests for other information quickly answered by a recently expanded staff, city officials said.
