MURRIETA (CNS) - A 21-year-old Anza man accused of gunning down his father pleaded not guilty Wednesday to a murder charge.Anthony David Holguin allegedly killed 40-year-old David Jose Holguin at the victim's home in the 39000 block of Cary Road, near Dusty Road, on Nov. 13.The defendant, who is also charged with illegal possession of a firearm and faces sentence-enhancing gun and great bodily injury allegations, was arraigned before Riverside County Superior Court Judge Stephen Gallon, who scheduled a Jan. 31 felony settlement conference at the Southwest Justice Center in Murrieta.According to sheriff's Sgt.
