Riverside County Supervisor Chuck Washington presented a holiday-themed tree showcased at the Festival of Trees in Riverside to Nicolas Valley Elementary School in Temecula this week. Washington’s office had the Toy Story-themed tree delivered to the elementary school last week and officially presented it to school staff at a media event Monday, Dec. 9. “Supervisor Chuck Washington's office hosts an annual themed holiday tree every year at the Festival of Trees in Riverside and every year they select somewhere new to gift it to,” Laura Boss, representative of the Temecula Valley Unified School District said. “We were chosen to receive this year’s tree.” The Festival of Trees is organized by the Riverside University Health System foundation and features dozens of themed
