HS Basketball: Local teams duke it out in BattleZone tournament

In what has quickly become one of the most competitive tournaments in Southern California, Corona Centennial High School’s Adidas BattleZone has played host to many of the top high school basketball programs around since its inception in 2015.The tournament, sponsored by Ultra H2, takes place at Centennial High School and Centennial boys’ basketball coach Josh Giles always assembles an elite field of teams for the program’s annual tournament. This year it all went down starting Monday, Nov. 25, and featured 12 teams overall, including host Centennial, Eisenhower, Foothills Christian, Great Oak, Hillcrest, Rancho Christian, San Bernardino, San Ysidro, Santa Clarita Christian, Sheldon (Sacramento), Temecula Valley and Westminster high schools.[caption id="attachment_11898" alig
