Thomas graduates from Florida A&M University

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Amber Thomas of Lake Elsinore graduated from the College of Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities at Florida A&M University during the Dec. 13-14 commencement exercises.Thomas was among more than 600 students who received degrees.Florida A&M University fall commencement speaker was Librarian of Congress Carla Hayden, Ph.D., who wove many stories of the personal and the professional as she exhorted graduates to make use of the opportunities their degrees will bring.Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, founded Oct. 3, 1887, began classes with 15 students and two instructors.
