MENIFEE – From its incorporation in 2008, to record growth propelling the city to become the seventh fastest-growing municipality in California, Menifee has seen a lot of change over the last decade. The city’s Building Official, Colin McNie, who has been a key component of the city’s smart growth in recent years is marking the end of 2019 with his retirement from the city of Menifee.
“Colin has been such a valuable asset for the city of Menifee since I began and long before that,” said City Manager, Armando Villa. “It is difficult to give him a proper job title because he has been a driving force behind so much of our success.
