A 27-year-old man was identified Thursday, Jan. 9, as the pedestrian killed on state Route 74 in Menifee Tuesday, coroner’s officials said.A vehicle struck Ruperto Baiza of Romoland in the roadway near Menifee Road about 8 p.m., according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.Baiza reportedly died at the scene.No other injuries were reported.
