MENIFEE (CNS) - A suspected drugged driver was arrested Tuesday for allegedly smashing his vehicle through the front doors of a Menifee store, then going on a rampage inside the outlet, breaking whatever he could find.Preston Quine of Menifee was booked into the Byrd Detention Center in Murrieta on suspicion of driving under the influence of controlled substances, driving on a suspended license and felony vandalism.According to Riverside County sheriff's Sgt.
