MURRIETA (CNS) - A 21-year-old man accused of stealing a car in Lake Elsinore and attempting to flee from sheriff's deputies until he struck rocks on a dead end street and crashed was charged Tuesday with felony evading and other offenses.Abel Stephan Hall was arrested Thursday after the pursuit that began in Lakeland Village.Along with the evading count, Hall was charged with auto theft and eluding a peace officer.
