Jeff Pack Staff Writer  We know it’s Super Bowl weekend, but man cannot survive on football alone. Offset the overly-marketed sporting event with some culture, some live music and some art this weekend and beyond.  Here’s a list of what’s happening in the coming days to get you off the couch: Friday, Jan. 31 Sponsored by Elena Kern, the fourth annual Art For Youth program hosted by The Diamond Valley Arts Council encourages young artists to present their talents to the community. Organizers emphasize that this competition is different from other art competitions in that the accepted entries hang in a real gallery, giving the young artists an opportunity to display their work and learn how there can be a viable economy in the arts.
