Hemet man badly hurt in crash on 210 in Monrovia

HEMET (CNS) - A 19-year-old Hemet man was injured today in a wrong way, two-vehicle crash on Interstate 210 in Monrovia that left the other motorist dead, the California Highway Patrol said.The crash, on the eastbound side of the freeway past Huntington Drive, occurred at 4:42 a.m., the CHP reported.A woman was driving a 2017 Chevrolet Cruze the wrong way when she crashed into a 2017 Toyota Tacoma driven by the Hemet man, according to a CHP statement.The woman, the lone occupant inside her car, was pronounced dead at the scene and paramedics rushed the Hemet resident, the lone occupant inside the pickup truck, to Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena with major injuries.It is still unknown if drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash, the CHP said.The CHP's Baldwi
