Groundbreaking announced for the French Valley Parkway Interchange Project

The City of Temecula announced the groundbreaking of  the decade-long startup of the huge $138 million French Valley Parkway Interchange Project on Feb. 14 that promises to relieve the traffic congestion on Interstates 15 and 215 in the next two years.The groundbreaking will take place at the intersection of Ynez Road and Date Street in Temecula with dozens of dignitaries and invited guests that will celebrate the historic event. The construction of mainly the Northbound approach to the I-15/I-215 before Winchester Road where for years traffic congestion has slowed traffic to a crawl almost daily, frustrating many commuters traveling to and from San Diego and Riverside.
