LAKE ELSINORE (CNS) - A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and killed early Monday morning in Lake Elsinore, authorities said.The accident was reported at 3:14 a.m. in the 18800 block of Camino Del Norte at Second Street, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.The victim was a man, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department. The vehicle driver remained at the scene.Drugs and alcohol were not suspected factors in the crash, sheriff's officials said.Camino Del Norte was closed for the sheriff's investigation.
