The tribal council of the Soboba Band of Luiseno Indians made the decision on Tuesday to suspend operations of Soboba Casino Resort through April 1."This is a time when we all must come together in a unified effort to address this current crisis," the Soboba Tribal Council said. "Individuals, families, and communities of all kinds joining together doing all they possibly can is what will have the greatest impact.
