New gas station and boat storage facility approved for north Lake Elsinore at Lake Street and I-15

The Lake Elsinore City Council adopted a series of resolutions approving the plans to build an indoor recreation vehicle storage facility, convenience store and gas station just below the Interstate 215 at Lake Street with an entrance on Fourth Street in the northern portion of the city. The location for the new 14-acre project is formerly a long-closed mining facility with scattered, unsightly debris and waste that has since been removed by the owner Ron Clark, City Councilman Steve Manos explained during the Tuesday, March 10, public hearing.
