Voepel secures seat in California’s 71st assembly district

The March 3 primary election is due to be certified by April 10, but with only 51,000 votes left to count in Riverside County, it’s easy to predict the outcome in some of the more visible, and in some cases, hotly contested races.Incumbent state Assembly Rep.
