Anza residents show personal style during ‘cover your face’ order

Dr. Cameron Kaiser, public health officer of Riverside County, ordered all residents to cover their faces when leaving home, making an unprecedented escalation by county officials in their attempts to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus.
