TEMECULA – Temecula Valley Hospital welcomed Janet Ruffin, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, as the new chief nursing officer.Ruffin began her role in February and has proceeded right into helping the Temecula Valley Hospital team with the COVID-19 response.
