Missy Carver Boulton’s restaurant Missy's Place 15th Hole Bar & Grill has weathered the coronavirus pandemic and emerged better than ever, despite county mandates regarding indoor dining, seating, social distancing, masks, takeout and related food shortages and price increases. “We had just opened maybe just a month before everything crumbled,” she said. “To start we had to change our hours. But we made a business plan inside a plan. We just held on best as we could. To move forward we packed a lot of to-go meals for many folks. We even for a short while offered meat and produce for people that could not get to the stores. We were very fortunate to be where we are. So all and all, we were OK. We’ve made it through this. We’ll continue to go forward and grow.” [capti
