MENIFEE — A HAZMAT team was on the scene Tuesday, Aug. 4 of an overturned semi-truck that spilled fuel on an offramp in Menifee according to Riverside County Fire Department.The department reported at 6:36 p.m. that the driver extricated himself from the wreckage and the leak has been contained, but McCall Boulevard was closed in both directions.Officials expected to have the scene to be cleared within the hour.
