TEMECULA – Temecula resident David Rich recovered from COVID-19 at Temecula Valley Hospital and was released.“I thought I had the flu,” he said. “After about a week of my temperature spiking to 104 degrees, I knew something was wrong since I wasn’t getting better.”Rich said he is normally a healthy Temecula resident. He hardly ever gets sick or takes prescriptions. He enjoys time outdoors and does landscaping and yardwork, and he recently replaced the gutters on his home.His wife Roxana Rich thought at first he had heatstroke, she said. She monitored her husband while he wasn’t feeling well at home and began to worry.“His temperature alarmed me,” she said.She took him into Temecula Valley Hospital’s emergency room, and he was diagnosed with COVID-1
