Man suspected of stealing $3K worth of property from Lake Elsinore storage facility

LAKE ELSINORE (CNS) - A convicted felon suspected of stealing thousands of dollars worth of property from a Lake Elsinore storage unit, as well as possessing a variety of ammunition, was out of custody today.Louis Rincon, 32, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of burglary, receiving stolen property, conspiracy and being a felon in possession of ammunition. He was released on his own recognizance Wednesday.According to Riverside County sheriff's Sgt. Jeff Reese, toward the end of July, a man leasing a unit at Extra Space Storage in the 18000 block of Collier Avenue, near Highway 74, reported a break-in and the loss of roughly $3,000 in equipment and other property.The theft occurred in the D row of the storage facility, where Rincon also had a unit under lease, Reese said.Det
