The Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District awarded Dudek the contract to conduct surveys and provide annual reports for the Lee Lake Dam and the Railroad Canyon Dam.A 5-0 EVMWD board vote Thursday, Aug. 13, approved the contract with Dudek for up to $165,590. The actual annual payment will be $33,118, but the contract includes four 1-year extension options.The state’s Division of Safety of Dams requires that both dams be surveyed each year to monitor deformation of each dam and also requires that monitoring data be submitted to the state agency each year along with the survey results.
