Motorcyclist killed in Menifee head-on crash ID’d

MENIFEE (CNS) - The Riverside County coroner's office on Sunday identified a 45-year-old man who died in a head-on collision between a motorcycle and a pickup that police believe was caused by intoxicated driving.The accident happened at 6:23 p.m. Saturday at Goetz Road and Goldenrod Avenue, according to the Menifee Police Department.Investigators said that a man riding a 1996 Harley Davidson motorcycle southbound on Goetz Road on the wrong side of the road collided into a northbound pickup.The motorcyclist was thrown to the roadway and pronounced dead at the scene, according to Lt. Abigail Valle.He was identified as Christopher Von Moos of Perris, according to the coroner's office.The force of the impact also caused the pickup to overturn, Valle said.The driver of
