Staff WriterIncumbent Bridgette Moore maintained her lead over Kenneth “Kenny” Mayes to retain her City of Wildomar District 4 City Council seat. As of 5 p.m., Friday, Nov. 6, Moore had earned 789 votes with Mayes picking up 355 with 100% of precincts reporting. The results are not official or final.
