LAKE ELSINORE – Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District was recently honored with the Operator’s Meritorious Service Award from the California-Nevada Section of the American Water Works Association.The Operator’s Meritorious Service Awards identify individuals who not only exhibit continuous compliance with all public health standards in drinking water, but also demonstrate dedication to the public beyond normal operating responsibilities.
