RIVERSIDE (CNS) - Felony charges are expected to be filed Tuesday, Dec. 8 against two men suspected of trafficking cocaine and marijuana throughout the Inland Empire.
Donald Alfonso Allen, 51, of Menifee, and Richard Gerod Johnson, 56, of Atlanta, Georgia, were arrested in the predawn hours Thursday following a Riverside Police Department investigation.
Both men were booked on suspicion of possession of controlled substances for sale, transportation of more than 20 pounds of marijuana for sale, illicit distribution of marijuana and conspiracy. They're being held at the Byrd Detention Center in Murrieta -- with bail set at $500,000 for Allen and $1 million for Johnson.
