IEC given design contract for Lake Skinner Boat Launch No. 1 upgrades

Infrastructure Engineering Corporation was awarded the design contract for the Lake Skinner Boat Launch No. 1 upgrades.The Riverside County Board of Supervisors members are also the board of the Riverside County Regional Park and Open-Space District, and a 5-0 vote by the county supervisors Tuesday, Nov. 17, awarded IEC a $131,594 contract for the design work. IEC will also handle permitting and will provide an estimate of the cost for the actual work, and upgrades will also be made to the fish cleaning facility and the parking lot.The outdoor activities at Lake Skinner include campgrounds, day use areas, playgrounds, a splash pad, a camp store and vehicle storage as well as the boat launch facilities and the fish cleaning facility.
