TV chamber holds Legislative Summit to discuss state business issues

The main topic of discussion during the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce’s Legislative Summit Tuesday, Dec. 1, was the COVID-19 pandemic.The Legislative Summit was intended to inform attendees about legislative issues that may impact their business, as well as other federal and state issues such as water, natural gas and electrification and fire.“When the pandemic started, it was in a horrendously political environment,” California state Assemblymember-elect Kelly Seyarto said. “You don’t approach problems like this with the public by having a single person making decisions and imposing things on people.
