Staff WriterIn a press release issued Thursday, Jan. 7, the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce announced the new Board of Directors for 2021 and reported that Al Rubio had been reelected to serve as the board’s Chairman once again. “I am proud and honored to have been re-elected as the 2021 TVCC Chairman of the board,” Rubio said in the press release. “As we all know, 2020 was a challenging year.
