Temecula’s Christian Craig won the AMA Supercross 250SX class main event Feb. 6, at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, while Menifee’s Jo Shimoda finished second and Murrieta’s Colt Nichols crossed the finish line in third place.Craig had a time of 16 minutes 45.979 seconds and led all 20 laps in the feature race. He beat Shimoda by 7.560 seconds and Nichols by 14.418 seconds.The podium sweep was also a sweep for Monster Energy’s racing activity. Craig and Nichols are part of the Monster Energy/Star Racing Yamaha team.
