Man accused of sexually abusing two Wildomar girls for years arraigned

A 40-year-old man accused of sexually assaulting two Wildomar girls multiple times over a nine-year span pleaded not guilty Friday, Feb. 19, to forcible lewd acts on a minor and other offenses.Jose Luis Rodriguez of Lake Elsinore was arrested following a Riverside County Sheriff’s Department investigation into the defendant’s alleged encounters with the victims, identified in court documents only as “I.R.” and “S.O.”Along with three counts of lewd acts, Rodriguez is charged with two counts each of rape of a minor and forced oral copulation of a child, as well as one count of contacting a child for the purposes of perpetrating a sexual offense.Rodriguez was arraigned before Superior Court Judge Judith Clark, who scheduled a felony settlement conference for March 2 at
