Keep Music Alive celebrates 7th annual Teach Music Week with free music lessons

MURRIETA – The seventh annual Teach Music Week will be celebrated Monday, March 15, through Sunday, March 21. This annual weeklong holiday invites musicians, music schools, music stores and music organizations to offer a free lesson or class to new students, including Murrieta Academy of Music, 39825 Alta Murrieta Drive, Suite B18, in Murrieta.Over 1,000 additional locations in nearly 20 countries will participate including the U.S., Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Ecuador, India, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, Nepal, New Zealand, Nigeria, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom.Teach Music Week is celebrated annually during the third week of March to coincide with national Music in Our Schools Month.
