LAKE ELSINORE – Miguel’s Jr. announced its newest location at 18320 Collier Ave. in Lake Elsinore opened Tuesday, March 9, in the Elsinore Central Marketplace.The homestyle California-Mexican restaurant was designed with guests on-the-go in mind. The brand’s 21st location features an optimized drive-thru experience, designated parking for both online order pickup and third-party delivery, as well as a 2,400-square-foot dining room for counter orders.The location will be open Mondays to Thursdays from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Fridays from 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.; Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.Local artist Dave Avanzino was commissioned to hand paint murals of the Elsinore Mountains and Lake Elsinore on the restaurant’s exterior to celebrate
