Driver seriously injured in two-vehicle wreck at Temecula intersection

A motorist was seriously injured Wednesday, March 3, in a two-vehicle crash in Temecula that required firefighters to extricate the victim from the wreckage.The collision was reported at about 3:50 p.m. at the intersection of Margarita and Winchester roads, just east of Interstate 15, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.The agency said multiple engine crews were sent to the location and found two victims, one of whom was embedded in the wreck with major injuries.
