A vehicle plunged nearly 90 feet down a hillside on Highway 74 near Lake Elsinore in the morning, Tuesday, March 2, spurring first responders to free the injured driver from the wreckage.The solo vehicle crash was reported at about 7:50 a.m. about 10 miles southwest of Lake Elsinore, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.Firefighters sent to the location encountered a vehicle 89 feet down a hillside with one person inside unable to escape the vehicle.
