RESEDA - A 30-year-old woman has been taken into custody in Tulare County in connection with the killing of three young children whose bodies were found at a Reseda apartment today.
Liliana Carrillo was arrested in the Ponderosa area of Tulare County, east of Porterville, Los Angeles Police Department Officer Rosario Cervantes said at about 2:30 p.m.
The children, who police said all appeared to be under the age of five, were found in the 8000 block of Reseda Boulevard, near Strathern Street, after police were called at about 9:30 a.m., according to Cervantes.
"Officers responded to a death investigation of three victims, who were found deceased,'' Cervantes said. "The cause of death has yet to be determined, as well as motive.''
