Animal Friends of the Valleys and Vincenzo’s Olive Tree will present the 11th Annual FORE the Animals Golf tournament at Canyon Lake Golf & Country Club Friday, April 23. The event planners are looking forward to a wonderful afternoon full of fun-raising activities like contests for the longest drive, a hole-in-one, closest to the pin, putting, live and silent auctions and an awards banquet.Check-in opens at 11 a.m. followed by a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. Dinner and the award’s ceremony will be held at 5:30 p.m. and closing ceremonies will be at 6:30 p.m.Funds raised at this year’s event will benefit the AFV Emergency Medical Fund, which covers veterinary services for pets in the shelter’s care that need medical attention.Canyon Lake Golf & Country Club is lo
