The Riverside County coroner’s office, Saturday, April 17, identified a 75-year-old driver who died when he apparently suffered a medical emergency and crashed into multiple parked vehicles and residences in Canyon Lake.The crash happened about 8:15 p.m. Friday when a vehicle was heading east at a high speed on Canyon Lake Drive near Sloop Drive, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.“The driver suffered an apparent medical emergency, and his vehicle left the roadway, colliding with the parked vehicles and residences,” the sheriff’s department said in a news release.The Riverside County Fire Department said the vehicle landed on its side, trapping a person inside who suffered major injuries and had to be freed from the wreckage.The person was take
