All students, faculty and staff returning for on-campus classes and activities at San Diego State University, University of California San Diego, California State San Marcos and all other California State University and University of California schools will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, it was announced.This announcement came despite the fact that only 0.2% of COVID-19 deaths nationwide have been younger than age 25.
