Update of victim of San Jacinto drive by shooting

UPDATE: June 8, 2021

The 30-year-old female victim of the drive-by shooting is reported to be in stable condition today. Reports are that she was shot through the shoulder and the bullet exited her back.

Sheriff’s arrived on scene June 7th near N. Sheriff Ave and First Street in San Jacinto after there were reports of shots being fired. A forensics truck was on the scene as well as the Star 9 helicopter.

According to the PIO on the scene, it was a drive-by shooting. The 30-year-old female victim was shot Mwhile inside the home and airlifted by Mercy air to the hospital. A lifted green Avalanche is the suspected vehicle with four Black male adults.
